In 16 seasons behind the bench, Dave Flint has guided Northeastern Women's Hockey to a 368-165-46 overall record and has helped the program to its first seven NCAA tournament appearances (2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023). Additionally, the two-time National Coach of the Year (2021, 2023), Flint has been behind the bench for six Hockey East tournament championships (2018, 2019, 2020. 2021, 2022, 2023), five Hockey East regular season titles (2012, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023), six Beanpot crowns (2012, 2013, 2020, 2023, 2024, 2025) and three Frozen Four appearances (2021, 2022, 2023).
Flint also served as Head Women's Coach at St. Anselm's College for four years (starting the program from scratch), Assistant Men's Coach at St. Anselm's, as well as on the staff for the U.S. National Team that won the silver medal at the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver, as well as the gold-medal winning team at the 2008 World Championships
Flint currently resides in Merrimack, N.H., with his wife, Alison, and their two children, Paige and Tate.
